With a career spanning over two decades, Theodore Head is a seasoned operator and company builder known for launching, scaling, and optimizing businesses across multiple sectors.
As a co-founder of FundOps Partners, he brings deep expertise in standing up new investment funds, structuring operational systems from the ground up, and leading high-growth teams with precision and purpose. His strength lies in turning visionary ideas into executable strategies—balancing strategic oversight with tactical execution.
Theodore has held fractional COO and executive roles across startup and growth-stage ventures, always focused on aligning people, process, and profit to drive results. At FundOps Partners, he leads day-to-day operations and infrastructure for fund clients, ensuring their back office runs as efficiently as their capital strategies.
Frank Pishler is a veteran of the financial industry with over three decades of experience across capital markets, fund structuring, and portfolio strategy. He began his career on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1989 and has since gone on to help launch and manage more than 37 alternative investment funds, overseeing hundreds of millions in capital commitments.
With deep expertise in fund formation, compliance frameworks, investor relations, and institutional capital strategies, Frank brings a uniquely hands-on approach to helping clients build funds that are both scalable and compliant.
His expertise at FundOps Partners has positioned the firm as a go-to operational partner for emerging managers and sophisticated sponsors alike—supporting high-integrity funds across real assets, private credit, real estate, and innovative alternatives.
